New Zealand No 1 Marina Erakovic and Zimbabwe's Cara Black will be seeded 11th in the doubles at Wimbledon, beginning in London next week.
Erakovic and Black, the former world No 1 pair, have enjoyed a good record in five tournaments together, reaching finals at Madrid, Strasbourg and Birmingham.
The pair also made the quarter-finals at the French Open earlier this month, however they were eliminated by experienced duo Flavia Pennetta and Elena Vesnina in the first round at Eastbourne this week.
Individually, Erakovic is ranked No 26 in the world at doubles after winning seven career titles, while Black is No 36 after taking time off the circuit to have a child.
The top seeds in the women's doubles at Wimbledon will be Italian pair Sara Errani and Roberta Vinci.
Meanwhile, New Zealand's Artem Sitak has reached the semifinals of the doubles at the $50,000 tournament at Tanger, Morocco.
Sitak and Ariel Behar of Uruguay won their first round match over Lorenzo Giustino (Italy) and Yannik Reuter (Belgium) 6-7(4) 7-5 10-6. The duo then received a walkover in the the second round and now face Serbian second seeds Nikola Ciric and Goran Tosic for a spot in the semifinals.
