Swimming: SNZ restructure almost complete

The Swimming New Zealand restructure is almost complete.

Luis Villanueva's appointment as high performance director is one of the final changes demanded in the damning independent review into the sport conducted by Chris Moller.

Chairman Brent Layton says now they're close to locking down a new chief executive.

He says they have a shortlist and will begin conducting interviews on Monday.

Brent Layton says they hope to have the person confirmed in a month.

Layton says after that, implementing the 'whole of sport' plan is the next step.
