Blues head coach Sir John Kirwan announced today that Waisake Naholo, Baden Kerr, Bryn Hall and Kane Barrett have signed two-year contracts with the franchise.
North Harbour's Hall and Taranaki's Naholo have represented New Zealand in the under-20s squad and Kerr (Counties) and Barrett (Taranaki) have played representative rugby at provincial level, with Barrett captaining the national secondary schools side in 2009.
Hall plays at halfback, while Barrett operates at lock or loose forward and Naholo, who has also played for the New Zealand sevens team, is a wing.
All four players will experience their first taste of Super Rugby next year and the Papakura-born Kerr, who plays first-five or fullback, said he couldn't wait.
"The Blues is the team I've always supported, and to now be part of that squad under the pretty impressive coaching team is really exciting," Kerr said.
Kirwan said he was confident the new arrivals would mesh with existing squad members.
"It is a balancing act of mixing young and exciting with the older, more experienced heads and how you blend both those components together across a long season."
Auckland No 8 Peter Saili has re-signed with the Blues for another year.
