A look towards day 14 of the 2012 London Olympics and which New Zealand athletes will be competing.
Kiwis in action - See when our athletes compete
Taekwondo:
Vaughn Scott is the final New Zealander to take part in the taekwondo competition and opens his Olympics against seventh seed Sebastian Eduardo Crismanich of Argentina at 11.15pm. Win three fights and he's into the final, however with the second seed potentially waiting for him in the quarters that might be a big ask.
Canoe sprint:
Lisa Carrington lines up in the K1 200m heats at 9.19pm followed by the semifinals about 90 minutes later. She goes into the event as a gold medal contender after claiming the world championship title in Szeged last year.
Sailing:
Olivia Powrie and Jo Aleh contend for New Zealand's fourth gold at the Games when the women's 470 medal race begins at 12am. They are guaranteed at least a silver but will claim gold if they finish ahead of the British pair Hannah Mills and Saskia Clark. The men's 470 of Jason Saunders and Paul Snow-Hansen also have their medal race after it was postponed overnight due to lack of wind. They face long odds to medal.
Hockey:
After a devastating shootout defeat in the semifinals to Netherlands, the New Zealand women's hockey team must pick themselves up for the bronze match against Great Britain at 2.30am. A victory will earn New Zealand's second ever hockey medal following the men's gold at the 1976 Games.
BMX
Marc Willers and Sarah Walker race in their respective semifinals from 2am followed by the BMX finals 90 minutes later. Both riders are medal hopes with Walker looking to make up for a fourth placing in Beijing.
Medal chances?
At least a silver is guaranteed in the sailing but New Zealand could claim up to four medals overnight with hopes in BMX and the hockey bronze match.
