New Manly chief executive Graham Lowe and rugby league Immortal Arthur Beetson have both suffered health scares and rushed to hospital.
Lowe reportedly collapsed at Auckland Airport on Monday, while Beetson is recovering in Townsville Hospital.
Lowe, 63, who suffered a brain haemorrhage during a string of serious health issues in the 1990s, has been released from hospital following blood tests. The Kiwi was en route to Sydney to work with the Sea Eagles when he took ill.
He will now go to Sydney on Monday.
