Highlanders first five eighth Lima Sopoaga showed off some unbelievable skill against the Hurricanes last night.
Sopoaga's move was something one would rarely attempt during a schoolboy lunch time game, let alone a Super Rugby match.
From an attacking lineout, Sopoaga got the ball at first receiver before turning his back to the oncoming defence and kicking the ball over his head.
The ball was scooped up by chasing team mate Matt Faddes and a Highlanders break was started.
Sopoaga called the kick a "Tony Brown special" and jokingly said he almost pulled his hamstring as a result.
Former All Black Dan Carter took to Instagram to applaud Sopoaga's skills.
The Highlanders were eventually defeated by the Hurricanes 27-20 in a thrilling rematch of last year's Super Rugby final.
