Wales rugby centre Jamie Roberts doesn't seem to be a Weet-Bix and bananas type of guy when it comes to breakfast.
The six-foot-four (193cm), 110kg Welsh international posted a photo of his breakfast on Instagram yesterday, with the meal including two types of meat.
The breakfast consisted of pork, steak, kumara, avocado, hummus, broccoli, two poached eggs and some smoked salmon.
Along with the photo he added the message: "Decent brekkie."
It's a bit heavier on the stomach than his game day breakfast which he posted two weeks ago.
That meal included just scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, spinach, toast, yoghurt with blueberries, a smoothie and another drink.
Roberts played for Racing 92 the last two seasons before moving to London club Harlequins following the Rugby World Cup to be closer to Cambridge University where he has begun a Master of Philosophy in medical science.
