Rugby: Saili ruled out for Blues

Blues loose forward Peter Saili has been ruled out of tonight's match against the Chiefs at Yarrow Stadium.

The Blues have issued a statement this afternoon saying the No8 he has returned to Auckland as his partner is expecting a baby. He will be replaced by Steven Luatua at blindside flanker, while Taranaki captain Kane Barrett is named on the bench.

The Blues team to face the Chiefs at Yarrow Stadium, New Plymouth tonight, kick-off 7.35pm is: Charles Piutau, Frank Halai, George Moala, Ma'a Nonu, Lolagi Visinia, Simon Hickey, Bryn Hall, Jerome Kaino, Brendon O'Connor, Steven Luatua, Tom Donnelly, Patrick Tuipulotu, Charlie Faumuina, Keven Mealamu (c), Tony Woodcock. Reserves: James Parsons, Sam Prattley, Angus Ta'avao, Hayden Triggs, Kane Barrett, Piri Weepu, Ihaia West, Pita Ahki.
