A moving moment at the Invictus Games dissolved into laughter when Prince Harry got a hearty hug from a completely soaked swim team.
The 31-year-old royal surprised the British swimming relay team in the competitor's tent after the race. As Harry congratulated the captain, David Wiseman, the entire team closed in for a bear hug.
Wiseman sustained gunshot wounds fighting the Taliban, but it hadn't stopped the 33-year-old from competing in the swimming finals.
With his khaki shirt and Diesel jeans soaked through, the down-to-earth Prince laughed and joked with the athletes, before going on to charm other guests and cheer on sports teams from the sideline.
The affable royal also developed a close bond with a US military medic, Sergeant Elizabeth Marks, who won a gold medal at the games despite sustaining severe leg injuries in combat.
The Invictus Games were created by Prince Harry, and are held in honour of injured armed service men and women from around the world.
This year's event is taking place on Orlando, Florida, and has brought together 400 athletes from 14 different countries.
