Someone who bought their Lotto ticket in Rotorua is $23,781 richer after taking home a Second Division Lott win on Saturday night.

The winning ticket was sold at New World Westend in Rotorua -with two more second division winning tickets sold in Taupo at Z Tauhara and Paetiki Lotto Magazines & Post.

A lucky Bay of Plenty MyLotto player was also one of two to win the Powerball Second Division on Saturday evening, taking home $31,630. The other winner was from Auckland.

The $30 million Powerball jackpot was not won, with the jackpot for Wednesday now jumping to $34 million.
