Greenstone Entertainment - organisers of the annual Taupo Summer Concert - are encouraging locals to secure their tickets for next year's concert while they're still available.

Due to overwhelming demand for the January 28 concert featuring ICEHOUSE, Alan Parsons Live Project and Bonnie Tyler, online tickets through Ticketek and Greenstone Entertainment's website have already sold out.

With its unique afternoon atmosphere, a backdrop of the spectacular Waikato River, concert goers won't be disappointed with next year's 6th annual Taupo Summer Concertline-up featuring Australian rock legends ICEHOUSE for their first NZ headlining shows in 20 years, the multi-talented Alan Parsons Live Project, along with the unmistakable voice of Bonnie Tyler.

Greenstone Entertainment CEO, Amanda Calvert said, "we've been blown away with the demand for tickets across all three of next year's Summer Concert Tour shows to date, with Taupo already nearing sell out.

"It demonstrates the popularity that the Taupo Summer Concert has developed over its 6 year history and how much concert goers around the country are looking forward to seeing what will be an amazing line up of artists come January 2017.

Tickets available until August 31 for $89 (plus booking fee) through i-site Taupo or My Music Taupo.
