Lady luck struck twice in Rotorua over the weekend with winning first and second division tickets sold in the city.
On the back of a winning first division ticket worth $200,000 sold at New World Westend, a winning Powerball second division ticket was also sold at Countdown Rotorua.
Two players won the Powerball second division around the country pulling in a total prize of $40,889.

The other ticket was sold at Countdown Manukau City Mall in Auckland
11 players won $35,173 with Lotto Second Division including a punter in Kawerau.
Powerball First Division was also struck on Saturday night with one lucky player in Ashburton taking home $22.2 million.
