Greerton have become just the third Bay of Plenty club to have their name engraved on the Baywide Cup after they defeated Mount Maunganui in the title decider.
The two sides were meeting for the second successive weekend on Saturday at Blake Park.
The early ascendancy lay with the Greerton bowlers, before Mount keeper Tim Clarke dug deep to post his side's top score of 69.
Mount went on to score 202 all out. In reply, Greerton made a reasonably patient start to their run chase.
After the visitors lost their first wicket, opener Tom MacRury started to hit out and was rewarded with his side's top score of 69.
The arrival of Cam Neal at the crease changed the momentum of the game as he blasted the ball to the boundary, including five big sixes.
Greerton went on to chase down the score and claim the cup.
Meanwhile, Cadets finished third after defeating Te Puke on Saturday.
