Our most read story online this week is about the most recent incident involving a white van and its driver trying to entice children into the vehicle.
Rotorua police are urgently trying to locate a white van with a blue stripe above the windscreen and roof.
On Thursday around 7.45am a 10-year-old boy was approached by a man driving a white van as he walked to school along Gordon Rd, Rotorua.
The van is described white with a blue stripe above the windscreen and roof with black wheel rims or mags.
The man asked the boy to get into the vehicle, and offered him money.
This is the first reported incident this school year but in 2013 there were incidents reported across the city, which led to increased police patrols around school start and finish times.
Anyone who has any information about this particular van is asked to contact Rotorua police on (07) 348 0099.
