Update:
A second man has been charged in relation to a brawl in Opotiki on Sunday.
Bay of Plenty police said a 20-year-old man from Opotiki has been charged with assault with a weapon, which relates to an allegation of a vehicle being driven at people on Goring St.

A 34-year-old Opotiki man has been arrested and charged with the murder of Joe Collier and will appear in court tomorrow.
Bay of Plenty Police said Mr Collier's family had been advised of the arrest.
Forensic examinations and witness interviews are ongoing and will likely continue into tomorrow.
Mr Collier, 22, was killed on Sunday night after a reported brawl in Goring St.
