Fugitive caught in Frasertown

Armed police cordoned off streets as Armed Offenders Squad went to a house in Carroll St, Frasertown, Northern Hawke's Bay and arrested Ihaka Paul, 26, who was wanted by Police after he cut off his electronic bail bracelet, presented a pistol to family members, and actively avoided authorities.
