Nobody can resist chocolate- dipped strawberries. Use smaller fruit for an easier mouthful, and, again, play with white and dark chocolate mix to fancy things up.
In your cups
It's bring-a-plate time, so make life easy. Melt chocolate bits, fill sprayed patty pans (or swirl small circles on greaseproof paper) to make mini chocolate cups. Store in a cool place. Just before your do, fill with sweetened cream (or cream cheese swirled with yoghurt) and sliced strawberries.
Turn any of your favourite slices or cookies into dressed up finger food: drizzle melted chocolate (cut the corner off a plastic bag for piping) on top. Alternate white and dark chocolate, or tint white chocolate with food colouring for the artistic touch.
