Rebecca Quilliam is the senior reporter at the APNZ News Service office in Wellington. She covers general news, including crime, health, education and breaking news. She is also an accredited member of the Parliamentary Press Gallery. After gaining a Journalism diploma at Massey University, she cut her teeth at the New Zealand Press Association as a reporter and then filing editor. She also worked as a senior reporter at Radio New Zealand writing stories for Morning Report, Checkpoint and news bulletins before embarking on her role at APNZ. She lives in Wellington with her partner and son.
