The multimillion dollar house at 81 Sarsfield St is now almost completely demolished. This house rose to prominence when it was abandoned and vandalised in New Zealand’s most expensive suburb. By yesterday afternoon, only its distinctive turret was still standing. The house was nicknamed Circus McGurkus for its unusual appearance.
