The Bay of Islands and inshore waters from Cape Brett to the Poor Knights Islands to Bream Head.

Situation:

A disturbed southwest flow spreads a couple of weak fronts over New Zealand,followed by a ridge of high pressure from Wednesday. Another front moves onto the bottom of the South Island late Friday.

Forecast:

Tuesday: Southwest 10 knots rising to 15 knots in the morning, and to 20 knots south of Cape Brett for a time in the afternoon. Easing to southwest 10 knots in the north this evening. Sea becoming moderate in the south for a time this afternoon. Cloudy periods developing.

Outlook:

Outlook until midnight Friday: Wednesday: Southwest 15 knots. Cloudy periods,possible shower. Thursday: Southeast 15 knots, dying out in the evening. Early shower then fine. Friday: Southwest 15 knots developing in the morning. Mostly cloudy.
