A former housemaster and social worker at Oamaru's Campbell Park School has been jailed for six years for molesting a student at the school.
Noel George Robinson, 51, was sentenced in the High Court at Auckland by Justice Allan yesterday, after being found guilty in September of three charges of indecent assault, two charges of inducing a boy to do an indecent act, and one charge of sodomy.
Robinson denied the offending, which took place during the 1980's and continued after the boy had left the school.
