Rescue after hang glider crash

A rescue helicopter has been sent to the scene where a hang glider has crashed into a cliff in Canterbury.

Emergency services were called around 2pm to Bossu Rd at Peraki.

A man in his 40s has been taken to Christchurch Hospital with serious injuries.
