Rachel Hunter is putting her West Hollywood home up for sale for the third time.
According to Variety, the Make Me A Supermodel star bought the house in April 2004 for AUD$3.2 million ($3.37m) and in August she listed it for $6.5m.
Now the 47-year-old supermodel is renting it out for $26,000 a month.
Rachel had previously listed the house in 2006 for $4.7m but took it off the market the following year.
She had tried to stoke up more interest by dropping the price to $3.9m, and in February 2008 she listed the property once again but for $4.2m.
It is described as a "hedged and gated English Country house just above Sunset Strip and the famed Chateau Marmont''.
The New Zealand-born model's home has five bedrooms including a master with a fireplace and loggia balcony overlooking the city, a huge bathroom as well as a walk-in closets.
The kitchen is filled with stainless steel appliances, and the property also includes a separate dining and living room.
The living room features a beamed ceiling and leaded glass bay window. The dining includes a fireplace and chandelier.
The home also comes with a finished basement for media or games room, outdoor dining, a secluded pool and spa.
Rachel, who was married to Rod Stewart, is clearly looking for a new start after more than 10 years spent in the LA home.
She hasn't been staying there lately though, as she's been in South America filming her TV series,
