The Powerball jackpot has ballooned to $25 million after there were no winners of the big prize in tonight's draw.

Hopes were dashed in living rooms around the country as the big $22 million prize went unclaimed.

But it's not all bad news - the top prize has rolled over to Saturday night's draw, and an extra $3 million will be on offer.

There were also two First Division winners in tonight's Lotto draw, who will take home prizes of $500,000 each.

The winning tickets were sold at Countdown Whangarei in Whangarei and Countdown Pukekohe South.

Two Strike players from Gisborne and Porirua will also be celebrating tonight after each winning $177,855 with Strike Four.

The winning tickets were sold by MyLotto to a player from Gisborne and at Pak'n Save Porirua.

There were a total of 23,040 winners in tonight's Lotto draw.

Tonight's Lotto numbers were 30, 21, 28, 20, 18 and 9. The bonus number was 15 and the Powerball number was 6.
