A Hutt Valley man has been arrested more than a month after removing his electronic monitoring bracelet.

Lydon Keil, 31, was found at an address in Lower Hutt last night.

Police had been searching for him since he removed his monitoring bracelet on June 27 while he was in Wainuiomata.

Keil is facing a range of charges including driving while disqualified, breach of bail, receiving stolen property and possession of an offensive weapon.

A date for his court appearance is yet to be set.
