Motorcyclist dies after colliding with van in Tasman

A motorcyclist died after colliding with a van in Tasman this afternoon.

The 42-year-old local man died at the scene on Shaggery Rd in Tasman, Senior Sergeant Stu Koefoed of Tasman police said.

The three occupants of the van were uninjured, Mr Koefoed said.

Police were called to the crash at 2.46pm and were still at the scene as of 4.50pm.

The Serious Crash Unit is investigating.
