A fearless bridge-jumper has captured the moment he plunged more than 20 metres into a tiny pool of water.

Kale Joseph caught his leap on a GoPro camera which he strapped to his body before jumping off a bridge at McLaren Falls, near Tauranga.

Matt Harvey posted on Facebook that he saw Mr Joseph about to jump so he handed him his camera.
