A Christchurch business struck twice by burglaries of police and military kit is concerned it may have fallen into the wrong hands.

Twin Needle manufacturing company in Phillipstown was burgled in December and again last weekend.

Thieves took up to $20,000 worth of stock.

The company supplies police and the military with specific equipment and protection gear.
