Eight people are facing charges relating to a major cannabis bust in Auckland yesterday.
Officers found thousands of dollars worth of cannabis and a number of commercial growing operations during yesterday's raid.
The eight people have been charged with various cultivation and supply charges and two have also been charged with theft of power.
The early morning search by 46 police officers covered ten addresses in Beach Haven, Sunnyvale, Henderson, Massey, Albany and central Auckland.
A yacht moored at the Westhaven Marina was also searched.
In a statement yesterday, police said there were 800 cannabis plants, of which 600 were mature, at one address alone - an industrial unit in View Road, Henderson.
