A man charged with murdering another at a South Auckland caravan park will fight the charges.

Daniel James Davis originally had interim name suppression but that has since lapsed.

He appeared at the High Court at Auckland today where his lawyer Terence Darby entered a not guilty plea on behalf of his client.

Davis is due to stand trial in September.

Stephen John Knibb, 66, was discovered dead near the Ramarama Caravan park on Ararimu Road in July last year.
