A bitter dispute over New Zealand's oldest burlesque bar has ended and the club has been put up for sale.
The battle over who owned Las Vegas Strip Club on Auckland's Karangahape Rd raged for more than a year after former owner John Nicholson died without leaving a will.
John Fraser claimed it had been promised to him, to the dismay of Nicholson's surviving family.
The case was resolved in the Family Court when Fraser received a confidential settlement from Nicholson's sister Pauline Nicholson.
The club has now been listed through Barfoot & Thomson.
Agent Sid Turner said the club and its assets, including the Vegas Girl sign, were for sale.
