Passenger airlifted after Blenheim crash

A motor vehicle passenger is being airlifted to hospital in Wellington in a serious condition after the vehicle they were in collided with a campervan in Blenheim.

The crash took place on Rapaura Rd, State Highway Six about 1pm.

The passenger had to be freed by firefighters. The cause of the incident is unknown.
