An American is facing deportation after being found with child porn on his computer in Napier.
The man, who has name suppression, admitted 21 charges of possession of objectionable material, but two further charges of supplying objectionable material were adjourned without plea when he appeared in Napier District Court this week, Hawke's Bay Today reported.
He was remanded on bail until next Wednesday.
Defence counsel Leo Lafferty said the man, a United States citizen, is now subject to a deportation order.
