Two Linton soldiers will face a court martial next month over the use of a psychoactive substance.
A lance corporal and a private will face a military panel on one charge each of doing an act likely to prejudice service discipline contrary to the Armed Forces Discipline Act. The charges relate to an incident in October last year when the soldiers allegedly consumed a psychoactive drug.
Eight soldiers were taken into custody by police. The drug had caused a severe reaction in the men with some hospitalised.
Five of the men have been discharged from the army and in February, private Luke Brame was dismissed and sentenced to 90 days detention. He pleaded guilty to supplying the substance believed to be N-Bomb.
The court martial has been set down for May 10.
