Bowls: Kensington bowler triumphs at tourney

Congratulations to Alan Carson of the Kensington Club who took out first place in the disabled tournament held recently in conjunction with the New Zealand Trust Open event.

Alan combined with two players from Hamilton to win the triples event and also won the pairs with Lyn Bennett.

Hikurangi final


The final of the Mixed Pairs is set down for the Hikurangi green at 1.30pm tomorrow. Anne Bateman and Ken Fitness will meet the combination of Sue and Paul Wightman from Mangawhai. Should be a great match.
