A Northland man is dead after a fatal rockfall collapse in a gold mine in Western Australia.

The man, aged 59, died on Saturday morning at a West Australian gold mine, after a fatal rockfall collapse in Norseman, 722km east of Perth, in the Goldfields-Esperance region.
