New Zealand surf lifesavers have won three major titles at the South Africa championships in Durban.
Morgan Foster, from Christchurch's South Brighton Club, won the open men's beach flag event, capping an incredible summer.
He has now won the Japanese, Australian and South African beach flags titles, a first for a New Zealand lifesaver.
Wellington's Maranui boat crew took out the fiercely contested men's surfboat event, beating the world surfboat title holders and Tri-Nations champions Australia, and New Plymouth's Kim Tunnell won the women's 2km beach run.
