Parramatta NRL player Jon Mannah has died after a long battle with cancer.

The 23-year-old younger brother of NSW State of Origin prop Tim Mannah was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma in 2009.

Jon Mannah played 24 games for Cronulla before linking with his brother at the Eels.

But he had a recent relapse for which he underwent chemotherapy, ending his chances of playing top-level football again.
