1 dead, 2 injured in Waimauku crash

One person has been killed and two young children seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash at Waimauku overnight.

The two children, aged between 5 and 7, were taken to Waitemata Hospital about 8.30pm.

Police said one person had died in the crash on Murawai Rd and "a third party is assisting police with this matter".
