Two year-old boy run over

A two-year-old boy has died in Auckland.

Emergency services were called at 7.25 tonight (Wed) by people in Orpheus Place, Papakura, saying the boy had been run over.

The police serious crash unit is investigating.

Police say they are not seeking anyone, and are speaking to a number of witnesses, all of whom are understandably upset and are cooperating with the enquiry.
