The topic of gender diversity in the workplace is again in the news, as Parliament considers aspects of paid parental leave.

Lesley Whyte is CEO and co-founder of Women on Boards New Zealand (WOBNZ); an advocacy organisation which provides "tools and empowerment" to women of all ages to assist them to achieve their governance goals through education.
