200g toasted muesli
30g honey
100g yoghurt
50ml milk

1 Mix the honey with yoghurt and milk then add the toasted muesli and store it in the fridge overnight. Next morning give it a good stir. Add more milk if the muesli is too thick.

2 You can use your favourite muesli to make this or just use rolled oats, dried fruits, nuts and seeds - whatever you like. To finish just add some fresh berries, sliced fruit or a berry sauce.

3 We ate ours with blood oranges from the breakfast buffet.

Uuummmgood one Herald. I dont think this counts as a recipe. But anyway, here is my recipe for jam on toast:

ingredients: Bread, jam.

Toast the bread, and put jam on it with a knife. Yum!

This isn't a recipe for bircher? Is it a joke? Does this person get paid for these recipes?
