Ben Harper has added two more shows to his upcoming solo acoustic tour in November.
Harper will now perform four shows, two in Wellington and two in Auckland. The dates are November 2 and 3 at the Michael Fowler Centre in Wellington, and November 5 and 6 at ASB Theatre in Auckland.
Harper will be playing material from his 18-year recording career, which spans 10 studio albums from his 1994 debut Welcome to the Cruel World to last year's Give Till It's Gone.
Also on tour is hip-hop pop star Nicki Minaj, who plays Vector Arena on September 28. She let the cat out of the bag last week when she tweeted the date of her first New Zealand show, though nothing was officially announced until today.
On the local front, Anika Moa, Boh Runga and Hollie Smith, hit the road together for the latest Classic Hits Acoustic Church Tour jaunt which takes in 13 shows during October including a performance at Auckland's Holy Trinity Cathedral on October 12.
Meanwhile, Luger Boa are heading out on tour with some friends for some hard rocking fun.
The Auckland rockers perform with Villainy and Clap Clap Riot at Bodega in Wellington tonight, Brewers Bar in Mt Maunganui on July 27 and at the Kings Arms in Auckland on July 28.
Tickets to all shows are available here.
