The High Court will hear a bid for a judicial review into the decision to allow Chinese investors to buy the Crafar farms.

The hearing will be held in the High Court at Wellington on Friday.

It follows a challenge by a consortium led by Sir Michael Fay to the legality of the decision by ministers Maurice Williamson and Jonathan Coleman to grant consent to the Pengxin Group to buy the farms.
