A 16 year-old has been arrested and charged with the murder of an elderly man at an Upper Riccarton address. Detective Inspector Tony Hill is not ruling out others being charged. There are currently 18 Police staff working on the investigation and their focus is now on people that have been in contact with the victim leading up to the death. Police believe the 16 year-old is known to the victim. "It appears the victim in this matter has let the offender into the address," says Detective Inspector Tony Hill. Credit: NZN Video
