Uber New Zealand has partnered up with music streaming service Pandora to bring ad-free music to its drivers.
New Zealand is one of the first countries to sign the deal with Pandora, which will allow drivers to access and play personalised music from Pandora stations for free and without advertisements.
The deal will feature in Uber's Partner app - allowing its drives to connect directly to their Pandora account.
Uber spokesperson said the company wanted its drivers to be able to play great music for free while they drive.
"We hope every Uber driver-partner will love discovering new music, jamming to favourites with riders, and set the perfect mood in their car while they drive with Uber."
It also means drivers don't have to waste time switching playlists or songs.
Ad-free Pandora streaming for Kiwi Uber drivers will start next week and will last for the next six months.
The partnership will also launch in the US and Australia, with other cities set to follow.
