Remember Five, the short-lived pop sensation of the early 2000s? Well, those who do have a chance to "own a bit of pop history" because former member Abz Love is hocking his Brit award on eBay.
"You are viewing one real deal Brit award for newcomer best pop act 2000," the auction's description reads.
"No more awkward silences when people come over to your house!! This is a real conversation piece even if you didn't win it! Guaranteed 100% real."
Things can be tough after a star steps out of the limelight, and Love hints he could be experiencing some financial difficulties.
"Take advantage of my poverty and grab this rare opportunity to own a bit of pop history!!"
Adding to the statue's value is the fact it has been held by action star Jason Statham, although Love admits he cannot prove this.
Love, who now lives in the Welsh countryside with his girlfriend, Vicky Fallon, apparently needed help getting together a bit of cash for gardening equipment.
Bids on eBay have passed a million pounds, after Love started the bidding at 99 pence with no reserve.
"Oh my God - I don't know what to say. It has to be a hoax - it can't be real," the rapper told AP after learning how high the bidding had become.
"I don't need a million quid! I feel light-headed. All I needed was a bit of soil and it's gone nuts. I better get in touch with eBay - that's a lot of soil."
It is hard to tell if bidders are serious judging by most of the comments under the auction, which closes in three days.
"Hello Anna [Love's P.A.], very serious bidder," begins one comment.
"Could you confirm that if I win this award, (a remarkable achievement I must say) would Abz hand deliver to my house in Hitchin (Herts) driving his tractor down my street while singing Don't Fight It Baby?"
"Hi, Would you be willing to swap this for half a tuna sandwich and a moldy twiglet?? I am serious buyer," inquires another interested party.
One contender for the item wasn't afraid to ask the hard questions: "Will this item help me to get down now'?"
Anna confirmed that yes, it definitely will.
