We all knew Julian Dennison would be in the new Deadpool movie in some capacity but you might not have been counting on him being the biggest part of it.
But the latest trailer - released today - shows the young Kiwi star is pivotal to the entire plot of the film as the new bad guy Cable is desperate to get to him- presumably for his powers, which look pretty impressive.
For reasons not yet known, Deadpool takes it upon himself to assemble a team to protect Dennison.
However in the expletive-ridden trailer, Deadpool's love interest Vanessa tells him: "Kids give us a chance to be better than we used to be, he needs you."
We also see Dennison wreaking havoc - and flipping the bird - as well as a trailer-full of sword fights, gun fights and superhero action.
There have been reports however, that Deadpool 2 has been testing badly with audiences, with many commenting on a massive blunder in the film.
Steve Gerber of Marvel Studio News has since responded, saying there was likely one event in the film which may have upset certain fans.
He said: "These are not the overall test scores the films received in their respective screenings, nor do they indicate what a broader, mainstream audience will think when they see these films.
"I'm sure there are some fans who have seen Deadpool 2 and walked away unhappy. I have a good guess as to what upset them...I'm not going to say what it is because it's pure spoiler, and a big one at that."
