The Australasian distributor for Ducati, NF Importers, have announced the return of the re-born Norton Motorcycles marque to the New Zealand Market.
With all necessary red tape completed the company can now begin importation and sales in the Australasian market, with the first bikes expected to arrive by June 2015.
"With the ADR formalities behind us, it's a very exciting time as we now look forward to one of the world's oldest motorcycle marquees founded in 1898 re-entering the Australasian markets after an absence of more than 35 years." said Warren Lee - CEO, NF Importers.
"I'm sure many would understand that the ADR process can be lengthy and we certainly appreciate the understanding and patience of the many very interested customers waiting to purchase."

The Norton Commando 961 Sport
The current Norton range comprises of three variations on the classic 1960's inspired Commando 961 ; the traditional Sport, the sporty Café Racer, and the street naked SF topping the range.
Pricing is expected to range from $35,990 for the Commando 961 Sport, with the Café Racer retailing from $39,990 and the ranged topped by the Commando 961 SF from $42,990. On road costs are not included in the current pricing.

With the first shipment of motorcycles currently enroute from the UK, NF Importers is currently finalising the New Zealand dealer network which is currently is expected to start with Auckland's Cyclespot Group.
All Norton Motorcycles are hand built in Donington, UK and can be custom ordered with a number of factory fit optional extras.
