A 13-year-old Auckland boy missing for a week has been found safe and well.
Keegan O'Boyle disappeared from his grandmother's Grey Lynn home last Tuesday morning, and police earlier said they believed he was "actively trying to hide from police".
He was found at a Mt Roskill address shortly after midday today.
"Police are currently liaising with members of his family and CYFs," police said.
Earlier, police spokeswoman Noreen Hegarty said the teen had "left the place where he was meant to be", but investigators did not believe he had come to any harm.
Police were aware Keegan had been making "some movements and some activities", she said.
"We believe he's actively trying to hide from police or actively not engaging with people trying to find him."
It was not known if he had run a away before, she said.
Keegan, who will turn 14 on May 3, was living with his grandmother, Ms Hegarty said.
